# Broken captcha verification

Hi,

Something is wrong about the captcha verification on support page ([https://codecov.freshdesk.com/support/tickets](https://codecov.freshdesk.com/support/tickets)).

Firstly, it’s super small so I have to scroll to see all images:

Secondly even after I seemingly pass the test (and captcha becomes green), after clicking “Ok”, I get “Captcha verification failed, try again!” error and have to start over.

It’s Windows 10 Enterprise 10.0.17134 and Chrome Version 97.0.4692.71 (Official Build) (32-bit).

@yugr sorry I don’t have any updates for you. I’ve been trying to reproduce the issue, but the capcha shows up normally. Are there any more details about your setup you can give that might indicate why this is happening? Are you able to try on another browser or OS?
