### Description

I am having trouble accessing the individual commits I make to Codecov from my private Bitbucket repository mmx-tc-xamarin. Every time I login to Codecov, I must again grant access to the Bitbucket repository.

I have tried the workarounds on these pages:

> **[Inaccessible Parts of the Codecov UI](https://codecov.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000620725-inaccessible-parts-of-the-codecov-ui)**

> **[Cannot access repository on Codecov](https://codecov.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/43000593950-cannot-access-repository-on-codecov-permissions-)**

without success.

When looking at the list of commits in the repository overview on Codecov, it only states “Unable to find commit in Bitbucket”. Furthermore, I have a badge associated to Codecov in my README file, but it only states “unknown” code coverage percentage.

Are there any additional things I can do to persistently enable sufficient access between my private Bitbucket repository and Codecov?

@nwiseanders, have you created a [team bot](https://docs.codecov.com/docs/team-bot) for this repository? If so, can you confirm the bot name?

Well, I am using my own account, _nwiseanders_, as team bot, and I have included it in the Global YAML. But every time I try to access the repository on Codecov, I am required to login anew, and then I am also required to grant private access. Why is that grant not working one time and for all?

@nwiseanders, can you see if you can access individual commits now? As far as the granting access every time goes, we are aware of the issue and are working on fixing it.

Thanks, @tom , it does look promising now. The first new commit was fully accessible and provided sufficient feedback. I’ll give it a few more tries before I close this issue.
