# Can't see organization private repos

Hi,  
We have 4 users on codecov and has been using Github app. I have recently discovered that comments to PR has disappeared, as well as private repositories we had on [Codecov](https://app.codecov.io/gh/).

Clicking “Can’t find your repo? Re-sync” doesn’t really change the situation — only public repos are visible. Github Codecov app has access to private repos as well.

Has anything changed lately and does the integration need to be reconfigured?
