# Codecov commit status is not reported to the PR

### Description

I cannot make codecov report coverage as a PR status check.

I set `comment: false` to not get the regular PR comments (I want commit status updates!) and `informational: true` to not fail the build.

Answering myself: I lacked the necessary permissions at [Sign in to GitHub · GitHub](https://github.com/settings/connections/applications/c68c81cbfd179a50784a) As soon as I enabled “codecov” there, it started to work.
