Does the repo YAML config not get uploaded if the CI does not pass?

Does the repo YAML config not get uploaded if the require_ci_to_pass config option is set to true and CI does not pass?

If yes, does a CI fail even when the CI workflow executes successfully, but the coverage range is not sufficient?

I have spent a few hours trying to get the repo YAML config set in the Codecov UI, to no avail.

@PaulRBerg please provide a commit SHA and your YAML config for this.

Nevermind, the issue was that I didn’t have the Codecov app set up (as you pointed out here).
