Gh PR comment not updating

Description

This PR has a comment by the codecov bot saying it decreased coverage by 28%. However, I committed since then and the codecov dashboard says that it decreases coverage by a mere 0.52% with the new changes.

@halcyon, I think this might just be stuck in a strange state as we made some changes over the weekend. Would you be able to push another commit on top and see if this is still an issue?
