Accidentally removed webhook and can't reset the webhook via codecov

Description

I cleaned out a repository and accidentally removed the codecov webhook, I attempted to use ‘reset webhook’ but it throws an error as the repository webhook has been deleted.

How can I restore this webhook?

@Codex Codecov usually automatically tries to reset the webhook itself. Are you still seeing the webhook removed?
