Description
For several days we have seen that the codecov report is not generating for the PRs in several github modules.

Even though the report gets uploaded correctly, we can see that it stays in the processing state continously.
Even after some retries, it does not generate it. And also in the codecov status page, we cannot see any outages in these days as well.
Since this is a required check for the PRs, we are facing a hard time when trying to merge those.
