Configuration in .codecov.yml not picked up

Description

The coverage range and excluded files set in .codecov.yml are not considered on https://codecov.io/gh/syncthing/syncthing. When uploading from teamcity CI the file is recognized (https://build.syncthing.net/viewLog.html?tab=buildLog&logTab=tree&filter=debug&expand=all&buildId=38771&_focus=353) and it works fine on a fork where I tested codecov with travis: https://codecov.io/gh/imsodin/syncthing
Any pointers?

It works now. No clue why (.codecov.yml changed quite a while ago), but as long as it works :slight_smile:
