Description

On GitHub Sign up (link from quick start guide), I get “upstream request timeout”.

Expected Results

I expected to next see the page noted in the quick start guide.

Actual Results

Instead i get a basic html phrase only saying “upstream request timeout”

Additional Information

I saw another user faced this problem in 2020 Login error: upstream request timeout, but it seems not to have been resolved. Can someone help? This is blocking me getting our repo setup with CodeCov.

Update: It was still broken after 2 hrs, but now 24 hrs later it’s working with no changes from my end. Marking this as closed.

@hello345 I think this was an issue during this incident
