How to unlink all older integrated commit data and branch data before restart link

Description

I would like to unlink all older integrated commit data and branch data before restart link to CodeCov because there are seem to be broken.
So, I tried to erase older coverage data and content from our private repository.

However it still alive…
Is there any possible reason why it is not erased?
