I noticed something a little strange looking at my project on the Codecov site. In the tree view of files and folders on pull requests, the way “New File” and “New Folder” labels are applied seems incorrect. Unmodified files and folders that existed before the PR are given these labels. It seems that existing files and folders that were modified in the PR are sometimes given these labels, but not always. Files/folders that were added in the pull request never seem to get these labels.
An example where you can see this is Codecov.
Am I misunderstanding these labels, do I have codecov misconfigured, or is this a bug?
