Setting threshold in yml does nothing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set threshold to any X%
2. Run a build
3. codecov still fails on below X%

Expected behavior: Setting threshold to X% should not trigger a failure if coverage falls below X%

Actual behavior: Coverage fails if falls below threshold

CodeCov failing on <1% coverage change

My team is using codecov with GitHub. After Travis CI completes, codecov often reports codecov/project — 76.26% (+-0.02%) compared to a903b3b I’ve tweaked the settings in codecov.yml but none seem to change this result. Threshold not working

I am trying to apply a threshold check to my project. The project lives here. It currently has 82.19% code coverage. I have set a target of 80% and a threshold of 1% in my codecov.yml. I have made a patch which decreases code coverage to be above the threshold and checks pass. That PR is located here. It has 80.88% (more than a 1% threshhold) but is still above the 80% target.
