Why C# partial classes aren't displayed in the files?

I’m a bit puzzled whether I see is good or not.

I have this repository, where codecov is set up. The last PR I had is this, which was commented by codecov. When I checked what coverage looks like I was suprised partial classes aren’t displayed in the file browser however I have a decent amount as you can see in github. Moreover, changes in these partial classes listed as ignored. Why they are ignored?

I assume I set something up wrongly. Did you meet this problem before?
