YML config through CircleCI Orb & Codecov Support Ticket Capcha Issues

Description of the issue
I’m trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong within our yml using circleci’s Codecov Orb to get our initial uploads to Codecov - we have the github repo set up and can see it within Codecov but we’re having a hard time getting the upload to work. Any advice or things I should be doing different within our yml file?

Codecov Output

Expected Results

Please provide what you expect to have happened (e.g. a file that has missing coverage on a particular line).

Also, the captcha on your support form @ https://codecov.freshdesk.com/support/tickets is bugged making it very difficult to submit a ticket.
