GitHub API: Forbidden when accessing repo settings

Description

Getting “GitHub API: Forbidden” when accessing repo settings page. Same when viewing coverage for specific commit. I can see overall coverage for the repo and list of commits.

This used to work when we set Codecov up ~1 year ago.

hmm went through the github app installation again (seemed no changes on the surface - since we already had it) - and now it works…

github audit log shows a new personal access token authorized
