Description of the issue
Our team has just started using Codecov. I authenticated the app through the Codecov console, and use GitHub Actions. The reports themselves are generated, but no report is added as a comment on the PR, or there are no “checks” in the bottom of the PR either. I am basically using the default config, and I don’t have a global yaml file in the repository.
