Description

Hi, I’ve recently joined a new place and wanted to get my codecov account setup so I can see the codecov reports we publish in our PRs.

I logged in via github login and although I see my orgs, only the public repos come up and none of the private ones. My colleagues all have access and the difference between them and me is that for them codecov is listed as an oAuth app where as for me it comes up as an authorised github app.

Any solution on how I can get this resolved?

@iq-dot the oAuth app is no longer used. The GitHub app needs to be installed in every org, and only the ones that are approved are the ones that anyone will see in the UI. Make sure you are a member of the organization and that it is using the app integration
