The last month (August) I have reached the limit 250 upload on my private repository. But this don’t reset, and still getting a message that I have reached that limit.

Please provide the full output of running the uploader on your CI/CD. This will typically have the Codecov logo as ASCII.
Expected Results
Please provide what you expect to have happened (e.g. a file that has missing coverage on a particular line).
Upload limit reset, and I can do more uploads this month

Can’t upload more coverage reports and still saying upload limit reached
