When viewing my Pulls tab, filtered to "Open", there are several items listed that are closed on GitHub

Description

Some of the open pulls on my codecov dashboard are not open on GitHub and I see no way to close them on codecov.

CI/CD URL

All items #54 and older are closed on GitHub.

Codecov Output

N/A

Expected Results

The list of open pulls on the codecov dashboard should match the list of open PRs on GitHub.

Actual Results

The list of open pulls on the codecov dashboard is a superset of the list of open PRs on GitHub.

Additional Information

I don’t know how this happened, I noticed it after a time of having my repo.
