The codecov badge is not appearing sporadically.

I can view it from the webpage. The link isn’t actually broken. Also, sometimes the badge appears and then sometimes it goes away.

@arosen93 this is really weird. Are you able to reply with any timeframes or windows to help me narrow down the issue?
